The BITEIN Awards
The BITEIN Dental Awards is an initiative from BITEIN to recognize and honor the achievement of the dental fraternity in India. The BITEIN Awards was initiated in the year 2010 to honor the work and achievement of these exceptional dental professionals.
The inaugural BITEIN awards program took place on the 10th day of the 10th month of the 10th year of the century - on 10/10/10 at the Nehru Centre Mumbai. The subsequent awards took place on the the 9th day of the 10th month of the 11th year on 09/10/11 and this was held at Melhua Hotel in Powai. Season III of the BITEIN awards was held on the 10th day of the 11th month of the 12th year, that is on 10/11/12. at the MCA banquet Hall in Bandra Kurla Complex. Season IV of the awards took place on the 10th of November, 2013 at the National Sports Club of India, Worli. Season V took place on the 13th of December, 2014 at the Russian Cultural Centre, Mumbai.The BITEIN Awards Season VI was conducted on the 13th of December, 2015 in Mumbai at the Veer Savarkar Auditorium, Shivaji Park, Mumbai. Season VII of the BITEIN awards took place on the 18th of December, 201 at the Centrum, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. Season VIII of the BITEIN Awards took place at the Courtyard Marriot Hotel, Andheri (E) on the 16th of Dec, 2017. Season IX of the BITEIN Awards took place on Saturday, the 15th of Dec, 2018 at the Hotel Ramada in Powai.
The BITEIN Awards Season X, took place in Mumbai on the 14th of Sep, 2019. at Hotel Holiday Inn, Saki Naka, Mumbai.
Awards are given away in 10 categories which also includes a UG and an PG category in which nominations come in from all parts of the country. The award itself is a solid brass designer trophy created exclusively for BITEIN. The award evening is designed with a lot of entertainment woven around and interspersed between the award presentations. The winners are judged by a 14 member jury panel from across India.
