| The BITE-IN web site is essentially a site created and maintained by a group of dental surgeons from India. This site is targetted at dentists throughout the world. We at BITE-IN hope to make this site as one of the comprehensive outlet sources of clinical dentistry as practiced in this subcontinent. We hope to share with the dental and the para-dental fraternity, this vast storehouse of dental information via the incredible media of the Internet. We can unequivocally state that as of today (March 1997), this is the only dental website originating from the country. |

| At this inception stage we bring to the dental community a variety of sections in this site. As is evident from the home page, every update will bring in a new case report, a fresh review of literature, a different step by step technique. The editorial will be carried in the Opinion section. Clinical pointers will be added on a continuous basis to the Tricks of the Trade Section and the News Box will keep the community abreast with happenings in India. |

| We welcome a lot of interaction via the response from or E-mail and hope to update the FAQ section on a fortnightly basis. We also invite a dialog which will feature in the One to One. Any user can enter the dialog by sending in information via the response form. It is our firm belief that through such interaction the science and the knowledge base grows by leaps and bounds. |
