|
History : A male patient in his 30's presented with a 4 mm short obturation on which a cast metal post and an all ceramic crown was placed. The radiograph showed a large peri apical lesion with an implant placed adjacent to it. A flap was raised and a retrogade approach made and the canal space obturated and the lesion curetted and filled with Novabone putty. The root tip was not sacrificed.
