Preoperative Radiograph File Length measurement - Broken Lentulo in Distal

Broken spiral jumped into mesial Post op Radiograph

History : A 22 year old female patient reported with severe pain in the lower first molar which had been treated almost a decade ago. During biomech a broken lentulo spiral was seen lodged in the distal canal. During removal it jumped into the mesial from where it was retrieved. Subsequently a complete obturation was carried out.
